Can i fracture my foot skating?!

Well i have really weak bones and i went skating tonight....and fell ALOT! Well anyways my feet are both really swollen and my leg hurts really bad and is bruised....i was just wondering if it was possible that i could've just fractured it or is it just sore....thanks! oh and my toes are SO swollen and i can't move them....like i said my bones break really easily and most of the time it doesn't hurt till hours later. So ya thanks so much!! and if theres a possibility i fractured something what can i do for it without going to the doctor?(my parents won't take me because i get hurt too often) K so ya thanks! lol
