Question: If i smoked one cigarette how long would it take to remove the tar and all effects?

I wanted to smoke with my girlfriend but then i thought maybe taking them smokes are irreversible and i could be stuck with cancer.

Answers:

Smokes dont go away, but one smoke wont give you cancer unless your lungs are REALLY bad
