Does it hurt to drown yourself in a bathtub?!

I imagine so. Although I wouldn't know, seeing as if you drown, you die. But holding your breath until you can't any more is incredibly difficult and painful. It's like you can't bear it any longer and just HAVE to breath. Although once you pass out then I guess you don't feel anything. But during the time your conscious, I'm sure it would be agony.

I've never done it, obviously, but I'd imagine so. Have you ever had like a hold-your-breath contest in a pool and held your breath until you just couldn't? It would probably feel like that, except worse. But after a while of being underwater (because you can last 3 minutes without air) you would pass out, so that wouldn't hurt.
