What is wrong with my knee? I'm limping so much.?!

Question: What is wrong with my knee? I'm limping so much.?
So when sit down (with my knees bent) for even 2 minutes and then get up, my left leg has a hard time bending for the first couple minutes of walking. Because of this I start to limp and then eventually my leg starts being able to bend a little more and more until I can walk normally. When I lay my left leg straight down on the floor and try to lay it flat, the closer the back of the knee gets the more it hurts.
My right leg is acting normally.
I have dance practice every other day, but I don't irritate it. I don't twist my knee or keep it impacted. My weight is also okay for my height.
What's wrong with it?
Thank you!

It is something you should get checked as knee problems can cause a lot of trouble later on. There are numerous causes of knee problems. It is one of the most common complaints at practically all ages.

While knee pain has multiple causes, the most common is osteoarthritis, particularly in the older population. However, there are other conditions which can cause pain, such as meniscal cartilage tears and ligament injuries of the knee, or issues that affect blood circulation in the surrounding bone area, leading to a condition called osteonecrosis.

Check here to see if you can identify the cause of your pain and what to do about it.
