Something wierd is going on. what could it be?!

i am not preggo, so just to get that out in the open. but when i am laying on my belly, i can feel something very har and uncomfortable in my lower abdomen/pelvic area. i have neer had this before. what could it be down in that area that feels like several hard golf balls in my pelvis? 10 points! thanks in advance!
