I'm worried about my appendix's?!

Question: I'm worried about my appendix's?
Well I have not long come back from hospital and I am on some pills for my swelling but they told me it could be early signs of my appendix's and I didn't really tell 'em alot as I was really upset with pain. So I need to keep an close check on a bunch of things and been told to go back if anything gets worst. But I'm scared about if I have to have the operation. They told me I have the early signs and everything. I had 3 sharps pains in my lower right by the appendix, should let my parents know, I don't want another trip up to hospital as it could be nothing.

We really don't have much control over our appendix. But you must consider that if you get worse and don't seek treatment. You could get very sick. It is normal to be scare. The procedure is very simple. They will put you under anesthesia for about an hour. And you will be able to go home that day or the next morning. You will have some gas and pain for the next few because of the procedure. You should only have an very small incision. Talk to your parents.

You should definitely talk to your parents about it and tell them exactly what you are feeling. If it is your appendix, you really do want and need to have the operation. The results of not having the operation would be very serious. This is not something to play around with. Go talk to your parents and tell them exactly what is going on.

Your pain sounds more like it's happening because of pinched muscles in your back. The back muscles would get pinched more as you move to cause an increase in pain and when you take a breath you are moving your spine which is going to pinch on the muscles as well. This seems right for if it was your appendix they would have kept you in the hospital for close observation. Pinched back muscles will send pains around the body as well to have them in the sides or front. To get rid of your pains you have to free up your back muscles and here's how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
for best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
