Im 14 years old and i have found a small lump that is movable under my left nipple?? it kinda hurts?
im scared i have cancer, but i have heared that it is part of pubirty?

It may be no problem at all, but ask your mom and go to the doctor maybe. Does it sometimes go away or if it is all the time there it may be something to have looked at.
If your female and you haven "grown" it is most likely puberty. As your breast grow the tissues tend to be tender and lumpy but even out as you get older. If it makes you feel better ask your doctor next time you see him/her. If your a guy you should probably see a doc within the next few weeks just to be safe.
