Why I am so tired and dizzy?!

Question: Why I am so tired and dizzy?
I go to bed at 9:00/9:30 and fall asleep around 10:00. I wake up at 7:00, or 7:30 if I am feeling extra tired. Normally, I am awake until about third period (right before lunch, 12:05), and then I feel sleepy. After eating lunch, I feel a bit better, but by the time school ends, I am tired again.

I also get really dizzy and light headed. I will be goofing off with my friends, then need to sit down, because I feel sick.

I have a really busy schedule, and I am very athletic. I don't eat the healthiest foods.

Don't just say to go to the doctor, thanks.

This may or not be it, but it is worth trying.

Drink more water. I have had this same problem, and it is caused by dehydration. Over 50% of the people you see are dehydrated. This may sound weird, but do you pee in the first 15 minutes after you wake up? If not, then I would say that you need to drink more fluids.

Sounds like you are having blood sugar issues. When your blood sugar levels drop, you get tired, dizzy, nauseous, and even irritable. Maybe you should try snacking on some fruit in the morning before lunch and after lunch. Peanuts are also good. Try to keep simple carbs, like candy, down to a minimum. If you are feeling really sick, orange juice is the best to bring your levels up quickly.

Under eating (if relevant) and dehydration (if relevant) are possibilities.

Iron anemia is another possibility.

Perhaps you need more energy enzymes from more fruit and vegetables.
