Should I go and visit a hospital?!

Question: Should I go and visit a hospital?
Today I took a pretty nasty fall while horseback riding. I was bucked and fell from 5 feet in the air and landed on my back. I don't think I was seriously injured. I could feel my legs and within about 15 minutes I was back on my feet, and then back on a horse (nothing big, just walking so I wouldn't be afraid to get back on the next time). This happened about 7ish hours or so ago. No bruise has appeared and I can move around quite a bit, albeit slowly and stiffly. I've been moving around since the fall, too. Now, I thought I got my period, but I haven't "bled" for a few hours now. Am I worried for nothing, or should I go to the hospital?

It is very important to have yourself checked out, you don't know the damage that can be done to your spine. Believe me I have spine problems and just had major surgery a year ago for a fall that I cant even remember having. When it comes to a fall like that it You should always have it checked out. I dont want to scare you, so dont worry it is always better to be safe than sorry!!!

To tell you the honest truth i wouldn't. Coming from a country girl that has been through too many accidents to count, as long as you're up and walking you're fine. You can move, you don't feel any pain, and you got up right after the fall. You should be fine. But if you're still worried by tomorrow it wouldn't hurt just to go on and have your back checked a little bit, it'll most likely make you feel better.

best go get it checked out
