Question: So it seems it takes time before the bubble pops and then all the anger comes out.?
Whats the best way to avoid holding things in until the last moment. I sometimes wonder if its me or my friends. I try to be so patient with people but an anger seems to come down at some point. Im 30 and I do well with my life. It just seems things escalate fast sometimes in my presence.

Answers:

It is sometimes good to be nice to others but not if it's making you compromise your values. It is easy to overlook a thing or two but if they build up and you feel like you are being put into a corner things will blow up. When you feel you are the one constantly giving on your values, you will tire of it and things will go off. You would be better off stating your case of what you feel or telling them to knock it off when it starts to happen instead of waiting for your line to snap and have it come charging out all at once. I once had to drop friends because they were the problem and they didn't hear me or listen to how I felt and in the long run I have been better off without them, even though I have missed them. That is the part that can make it hard to do something like that, loneliness. But if they won't hear you or keep repeating what they have done that offends you it may be the way to go or not show up if you know certain people are going to be there. You have to decide what is best for you and then go for it.

you are real. not many left. slow to anger so misunderstood. that's your life. bet you are brave, comes with the territory.
