Question: What can i do about my bruised heel? 10 points?
It hurts a lot when I walk or run....

Sounds like your achilles tendon tightened up making your leg muscle shorter than normal so it's pulling on the end of the muscle with the least amount of resistance to it and that's where it's attached to your heel. The knee doesn't have much give in it. The jumping landing while jumping may have been what caused it to tighten up. To get rid of the pain you have to free up your achilles tendon and here's how to do that:
Achilles tendon:
While sitting and your leg on your lap, take both thumbs and place them side by side at about ankle height on the tendon on the back of your leg and apply pressure hard and hold. After 30 seconds slowly raise your toes up as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your foot there for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
