Feeling very ill after drinking (not a hangover)?!

Question: Feeling very ill after drinking (not a hangover)?
It's not a hangover, I've had that already.
Considering it was Tuesday and Wednesday night I went out I'm wondering why I'm still feeling really ill? I went out two night's in a row which isn't sensible, but I recall the last time I got drunk I was also very ill. I feel like it's not going away and every time I stand up I'm hit by an excruciating headache. Any advice?

It's like flu, I have:

sore throat (feels like I've swallowed a golf ball)
muscle pain and tender skin
blocked nose
headaches
delirious, confused
overall tiredness

Answers:

You have listed the things that tight neck muscles cause. When tight the neck muscles press into the throat to make it get sore as the muscles can't move because of the pressure. When the neck muscles are tight they slow up the wastes that are being discarded and they back up and usually right into the sinuses to block your nose. Tight neck muscles restrict everything going in and out of the head including the blood. When there is a reduced blood flow to the brain you will have a lowered oxygen level there as well. You will know when the oxygen level has dropped when you feel very tired. If it drops more you get dizzy, and more you pass out. Your neck muscles go to the top of your head where they connect to muscles that go around your head. When the neck muscles get tight they pull on the head muscles and when they go into pain you have your headache. to get rid of these problems and pains you have to free up your neck muscles and here's how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about one minute, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds. If any pain remains repeat this.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
