Lower back relief?? please?!


Question: Lower back relief?? please?
My lower back feels "stoved" if that makes sense, I'm goin to the chiropractor Monday but until than any way to crack it or get relief???

Answers:

a good way to stretch it out is to lie flat on your back pulling your arms above your head and your feet away from your body in opposite directions at the same time, you're body should be in a straight line as you pull your arms and legs away from eachother at the same time.

You have pinched or tight muscles in your back causing the problem. The chiropractor works on the bones which is short lived relief if any. To get rid of your pain you have to free up your back muscles and here's how to free them up:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.



what happened and how long ago did it happen? Try Ibuprofen, tylenol, lots of rest. ice for 20min., then heat for 20min. Best wishes hon.
