why does my stomach in the morning ?!

I had this problem when I was younger, I'm 22 now I had this problem up until around age 18.I dunno what causes it, have you tried drinking more water? I know it might sound dumb but I joined the navy at 18 and they made me drink alot more water (which is suppose to help with diahrea because diahrea comes from dehydration most of the time) and this is around the time it went away. Also you can use these pills called imodium if diahrea is the problem, but I would definitely try to find a natural solution instead of having to rely on pills.
