Why do I have major stomache pains after I binge?!

Question: Why do I have major stomache pains after I binge?
After purging and eating nothing at all yesterday, I ate one inch slice of french bread this morning, a medium size bowl of noodles and soup(way less than I usually have) & nothing else, no dinner.

Then around the early evening my stomach started hurting like hell. I felt like vomitting several times. I'm still in pain, it's around 4 hours now since they started; although it's milder now. I weighed myself, and strangely I have lost weight.

Right now I have my period but this stomach pain is on the upper part of my body and it doesn't feel the same way as cramps do.

I know the food is fine because my family doesn't seem to have any sign of the stomach ache I am experiencing. My brother ate some of my share, and he seems fine.

Do you have an idea as to why I am experiencing this?

Answers:

Obvious answer is that your body is going through some problems most likely from the binging. Can't be 100% sure but your body needs food on a regular basis to run and feel fine.

I know when I go awhile without eating and then eating just a little bit it throws my body out of whack and it makes me stomach cramp sometimes. Just take it easy and rest and keep an eye on it. If it stays that way for a long time(more than a few hours) I advise going to the Emergency room because it may be something more serious

it sounds like you might be developing or have developed an ulcer possibly, which is something that can happen after bingeing or purging. if a hole then develops in your stomach because of it, it can get life threatening, so you may want to have it checked out to avoid such a thing. also may want to try to see why you feel you want to do this bingeing and purging as all things are rooted in something we are dealing with. good luck.
