How can I sleep through the night with flies in my bed?!

Question: How can I sleep through the night with flies in my bed?
They are not bed bugs, they are small, black and have wings. They cannot be seen in the mattress and they fly. I was in my brother's bedroom last night because of paranoia and my brothers told my father they found a lot of them on the window, though one of them claims that they have always been there but did not tell anyone. I only started waking up with these flies crawling on me a few days ago. I don't usually open my window though my mom did open it for a few minutes the other day. I want to know how to get rid of them, and how to have a good sleep even with them crawling on me? I don't want to be up all night flicking them off. I have school too so that would be inconvenient. How?

Answers:

I had those once!!!! There kinda like flying ants in a way its likely they came from dirt somewhere to get rid of them take your sheets (probaly do this outside) and shake them out. Now wash all of your sheets (including the comforter) on warm. Lastly get you vacume and vacume the top of your mattress bottom of it under you bed like every part of your bed vacume it. I promise you this will work! Goodluck!!! Its best to not wear any fragrances (like perfume or scented lotion) during the night all bugs are attracted to strong smells.

Thats nasty.

Make sure your mom knows about this.

Have the mattress and sheets removed and cleaned thoroughly.

Fumigate.

Perhaps even get a "bug light" or "bug zapper" placed in your room.
