Question: I move alot when I sleep, kick, punch, and can't wake up. Help?
So every night when I fall asleep, I would wake up in the morning in a different position. My friend told me I kicked her off the bed, and when she tried to get out of the bed another time, I grunted "no" and hugged her, then shoved her away (and a lot of others thing I don't want to say lol). I never remember these things in the morning.
I've been told that i've been punched in the face by my friend to wake me up but I CAN'T WAKE UP. I can't wake up until around 4:00am, and then it's extremely easy for me to wake up. Im not exhausted or anything before I fall asleep, but all my dreams are nightmares (recently I can't remember them) and I fight when I sleep. Apparently I talk when I sleep also. I don't [think] that I sleepwalk, but im afraid that it could escalate to that. Are these sleeping patterns bad or just normal?

when you dream, u dream most of the time what is in the back of your head (sub conscious). from what u have told me, it sounds like there is something stressing you out which is causing the restless night of sleep. i would advise to take note of your dreams and look up the meaning online to see what is troubling you. i use to have dreams of the world going to hell which was due feeling vunerable after my breakup!

there is allot of meaning from dreams, some people have a note book next to their bed to take note!



Try taking melatonin it is natural and found in the vitamin section. It will help you into a more deep relaxing sleep.



try jogging or exercise before bed.
