Question: Back pain what to do?

I am pain killers and it is not working i would like to know what i could do but i am not taking alive ibprofin tilinol or any thing like that i am in so much pain i just might go back in to the clinic

I am a physical therapist. Lower back pain can have a number of differenct causes. Pain aggravated with standing and walking is generally associated with facet joints or stenosis. Pain aggravated with sitting or bending is generally associated with a disc. Muscle spasms can occur with all types of back problems. If you have having back pain try applying ice, (no heat), avoid aggravating activities/postures, and see an orthopedic doctor that focuses on the spine.
