Lower back pains towards my bum?!

Question: Lower back pains towards my bum?

im 13 years old and i suffer from severe back pains when standing up after sitting down,..i dont feel the pain all the time, it happens every 4 weeks i think, well about that..its towards my bum, my very low lower back, does anybody else feel like this?

You could have a lower back problem i would see a doctor as this does get worse with age and could the every 4 weeks coincide with period pain?

i think your back is fine, its your bowels that you have a problem with like chronic wind
you should keep a note of what you eat and see if you can spot a patten, it could be some foods are giving you bad guts

I think its normal pain that you get every 4 wks., just take some
Anti-inflammatory pills like ibuprofen. I’m pretty sure it will go away.
