Feeling faint watching my blood being drawn?!

Question: Feeling faint watching my blood being drawn?
Blood tests don't bother me (I have them all the time) however if I watch them and drawing my blood, I get really faint and nearly pass out. Why is this? Medical proceedures don't worry me (watching other people etc) though.

I'm not grosseed out by it, not anxious about it, yet for some reason this happens!

Answers:

Its called vasovagal. It is hereditary. You can pass out. I have multiple times. For me and my father and children, it began in late teens and goes thru adulthood. Be careful. Lay down when blood is drawn. I fell over like a ton of bricks my first time. It's easy to deal with when you know you have it. Vasovagal...Google or Wiki.
