Make sure to keep neosporin or some kind of Triple antibiotic ointment on it at all times. As for stitches verses no, it will just take longer to heal, and the scar will be a little bigger, follow these instructions it shouldn't be noticeable. .

it should heal eventually, but if i were you and it wont stop bleeding, i'd most definitely get stitches. or keep the cut together and apply a lot of pressure also ice.
