Being healthy working graveyard night shift?!


Question: Being healthy working graveyard night shift?
I'll be starting a new job required to go in 4pm-1:30am for five days a week. I'm just scared my body will be outta wack and I'll start snacking more that I already am out of boredom or stress etc.

Please help- I need advice on how to plan my breakfast, lunch, dinner hours?

Answers:

well go to sleep whatever time you get home.

lets say you go to bed at 2.30am.

sleep till 9.30am, that's 8 hours of sleep... or sleep whatever you want.


and eat breakfast when you wake up, eat lunch right before work, you'll probably have your dinner at work... and that's it??
