How to do the splits painlessly?!


Question: How to do the splits painlessly?
Im wanting to do the splits. is there any way to do it without pain and without taking a long time? if not then what do i have to do? i can wait a few days to stretch each time but for how long?

Answers:

If you keep trying to stretch out tight muscles you are going to end up hurting the muscle. It's usually the tendons that are tight to cause the muscle not to release the way it should. If the tendon was freed up for you it would make the splits a breeze. It's just that they are difficult to do and not many people around that know how to do it. You do need help to get them freed up.

stretch everydaaay , and you cant hold back even if it hurts , you have to let gravity push you down , straihgten your legs too . and hold your arms up , STRETCH always stretch , and do that for alk 3 , left , right , and middle . once you get really good , start doing oversplits . ( legs in a split over a 180 degree angle )

Start stretching little by little , if you stretch too much, Yyou will be sore for along time and its going to take longer...reach your hands down to your toes till you can touch the floor, passed your toes, it usually takes 45 seconds... Then sit down on the floor ,open your legs as far as you can then reach foward,this will hurt alot....

If it hurts don't worry but with practice it can take a while if you are of mature age and it hurts or you can't do it don't ok?

As above don't do it all the time give time for recover about a day then do it again don't over do it.
