Question: How to treat a bruised rib?

ok i was bmx at some bmx jumps and bruised my rib should i ice it leave it alone stay home and take it easy please help?

Answers:

Ice it. try to keep movement to a minimum. Perhaps wrapping a ace bandage around your chest or something that would restrict movemtn. and take a antiinfammitory drug like Ibuprfin
