Im a 14 yr old female in the 8th grade, I'm 18 pounds overweight. so my stomach is big and soft. In this fight I had with a girl, she was like 86 pounds, lol, I swung first & missed. She then punched me in the stomach instantly. Students say my eyes weren't there when I was punched, it was that hard. She held it in for a couple seconds. I can't stop puking up blood.

Looks like you need to loose weight. This is just the fat cells releasing blood into your stomach for fast weight loss. Its normal
