WOW if she has been drinking it wouldn't take much. Most of the time if someone is really serious about killing them self they wont warn anyone but it is a cry out for help. But if I was you and your mom I would certainly take it serious and alert the police department, they will find her and then get her professional help. That's the best you can do besides pray for her. Prayer has a way of changing things and it sounds like she needs the prayers.
If the Medics can get to her before its too late they can give her activated Charcoal which will help her a lot. If not the Tylenol could destroy her liver and then your looking more towards future problems.

Well, just guessing here, I think having half the bottle could be really bad for you, and if you know her license plate you should probably be calling 911 instead of on here :P just saying.
