What's the best sports creme Capsaisin, Icy/Hot, etc.?!

Question: What's the best sports creme Capsaisin, Icy/Hot, etc.?
Answers:

I think it's called Flex-All 454. Something like that. Works great and doesn't smell like a medicine cabinet. Aspercreme is pretty decent, too.

I have tried alot of sports creams, personally i just stick with icy hot, but i reccomend NOT trying Aspercreme! it was fine at first when i used it on my shoulder. It got warm then it helped the pain, then about 2 hours later i was getting a burning, like an intense im on fire feeling, it hurt so bad i went and took a shower and scrubbed the Aspercreme of my shoulder, Oh my god! i had a rash and it looked like a few layers of skin had been stripped away. it took 2 months for my skin to feel normal again. I have an extremely high tolerance for perfumes, dyes and creams etc and that have NEVER happened to me before.

I suggest you stear the hell away from that stuff! I originally got it because it had a foam applicator so you didnt need to use your fingers and the smell wasnt so bad, But it was not worth it!

I have heard other people that have trouble with it too, theres a chemical in it thats super bad for your skin!

i hope your muscle/joint feel better.

When the ankle i broke years ago would act up after my sports stuff i would use rags and soak them in rubbing alcohol. That was amazing and it really worked! Its something they use to do all the time back in the old days. Just make sure your in a big room with a fan or something because it wil get you high if you breath too much of it in! lol

Or just try a 40 and a vicodin, you'll be ok

no really, i hope you feel better!
