I woke up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep.?!

Question: I woke up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep.?
Tonight, i woke up at about 4am. Blew my nose, went pee, got some delicious cold water to quench my dry thirsty throat. I do this every night just about. But tonight, i couldn't go back to sleep. Do you know that feeling of your heartbeat in your ear? Multiply that by about 100. Thats what i kept experiencing every time i got close to falling asleep. And i felt it all throughout my body too. I have had these experiences before. But it was always once or twice in one night and i could get over it. it sometimes happened when i was already asleep. But its not like a normal heartbeat that i hear. I also hear a screaming loud high pitch ringing of my ears. about 50 times louder than what i usually have. And the heartbeat thing isn't a consistent beating. its random and freaking fast too. I tried just ignoring it and sleeping through it but, it just got louder and faster. This is the only thing in my life that has ever kept me awake. I have slept through bright lights mixed with people screaming random things at the top of their lungs while beating on metal doors and walls. But i can't sleep through this. Please help.

Answers:

you are suffering insomnia. the best solution for that is to consult a doctor or a psychiatrist. that's all :D hope this help.

the ringing might be that your ears need to be cleaned out deep inside. try rinsing them out. you are up cause it is time to get up for you today. just get up. you are a morning person today!

maybe this will inspire you to sleep: http://www.collegehumor.com/video:194473…
