Question: I can't sleep! It's 5:48AM !! :/?
I can't sleep! It's 5:36 AM !! :/?
I'm 12 yrs old if it matters, today's Monday and school starts again, and I can't SLEEEEEEP !!!! It's 5:48 AM right now I'm supposed to wake up at 7:00 AM, and go at 8:30 AM. But I can't ! I closed my eyes and layed in bed at 10:55 PM and ended up sleeping at 12:30 AM. -.-
Then I woke up at 4:00 AM and went to the bathroom, now I can't sleep !!

Aaahh... school makes me so nervous, only because I'm finally going to see the guy I like ! -.- So I can't sleep. My brother too, he was trying to sleep at around 1 in the morning

Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday to ‘regulate’ your sleeping hours. Your body will get used to this schedule faster than you think. It might take a week maximum. But then, you’ll be sleepy at the same time and you’ll be waking up without an alarm at the same time in the morning.

Though I don't have school anymore so, not really a big deal for me.

It does suck though, I love to sleep, but for some reason I can't, guess I went to sleep too early. But I didn't feel good, so I had to. Oh well.

The BEST way to fall asleep is having a clear mind. Try not to think about tomorrows test or about what your going to wear tomorrow for school, work, whatever. Don't think about anything but falling asleep. Also, play some soft, slow, and relaxing music either through headphones (works best for me) or in the background but not too loud though. Lay on your bed and stretch your arms above your head and extend your legs. Try to get yourself to yawn. Also, this may sound weird but point your toes downward and upward for a couple seconds. All these techniques work for me. And remember to get at least 8 hours of sleep everyday. Good luck, take care, and good night :)



I have big trouble sleeping. I use to have alot of trouble when i went to school aswell...
Although i never tested it back then i have a good method now that works really well..

Just get out of bed and do somthing until you are really tired. I woke up at 2pm yestarday. i could not sleep through the night and gave up after 1-2 hours. i am still wide awake now. i have no clue how i guess because i slept so long yestarday. Soon i will get so tired to the point of not being able to keep my eyes open. And then is the best time for you to sleep.

So just find somthing to do until you are falling asleep, make sure you wake up in time for school, You will probably be pretty tired back at school, But the more sleep you get the more energy you get. By the time it hits the end of the day you will be all out of energy from the lack of sleep the night before, and you should sleep easily the next night.

The only problem here is actually staying awake throughout school and making it to nightime.
