What should I do? Please Answer :)?!

Question: What should I do? Please Answer :)?
Basically I'm 16 and I started to smoke last October, I used to have 1-2 before sixth form, and then about three before I went to bed, but only ever at home. I can't stand the thought of smoking in public (during school) and I was able to go through 8 hours without one but we have just had a week off, we start tomorrow but I am now having around 15 a day (because I have not had to worry about it so I just had one when I wanted one) , I do want to stop (so please don't tell me!) but what do I do if I start having cravings for one during school?

Also, I want to quit within 2 weeks (just by having less and less each day until finally stopping) as I know they are bad for me, however I really enjoy it but the whole cancer and emphysema idea just isn't my kind of thing :)

Answers:

I think you're on the right track, when you crave it during school you can try and chew gum sometimes it becomes more of a habit mentally as far as doing something with your mouth and chewing gum helps. You could also try the nicotine patches just make sure you take em off before bed or you'll have crazy dreams.

You should try Paul McKennas book & trance cd. It worked for me. 3 years ago I used to smoke 20 a day and really wanted to quit. So I read the book while I was on holiday and havnt smoked since. I didn't even need to listen to the cd. Now I can't even stand to be around cigarettes and can't believe how much money I wasted on them
