Ahhh, you sound exactly like me! Honestly, you need to go get your blood pressure checked. Chances are, your blood pressure's also low, like mine is. It can be resolved as far as I know, though I just make sure to eat healthily.

As for anaemic..if you have symptoms such as:

Fatigue
Muscle pain (Like you might get pain walking up the stairs whereas everyone else is fine)
Paleness
Dizziness
Low blood pressure (They can both be interlinked)
Weakness
Rapid heart beat
Chest pain

I wouldn't worry much about anaemia though, because it's most likely an iron deficiency. My doctors gave me something called Ferroglobin, which helps the haemoglobin in my blood, and tackles the whole low iron thing. Folic acid supplements is another great solution for iron deficiency. They're especially important in pregnant women, but we all need it.

If you'd rather skip the meds, I would suggest consuming a good amount of leafy greens. Make 25% of your meal leafy greens. Try spinach, lettuce etc. Liver also tends to be a good source of iron, but I never liked liver. To each his own though. :P

I would still suggest going to the doctor to get this checked, because there could be an entirely different underlying cause. But it's most likely iron deficiency, which is leading to low blood pressure, causing dizziness. The solution to all of this is quite easy actually. :) If you are given any meds, you would probably be asked to take them during your period. If you have a heavy flow, you're losing more blood, and as a result, more iron. Again, go see a doctor. :P

You could ask a pharmacist as well though..tell them your symptoms and stuff. It would save you a trip to the doctor, and they wouldn't charge you for it. They're reliable as they've been to med school. I still strongly urge going to the doctor, 'cause you can get some blood work done and your blood pressure can be measured.

Good luck and get well soon! :D <3

you should definitley tell your parent, and see a doctor. Anemia is iron deficiency, you may just need to take an iron supplement, or the doctor may prescribe you somthing else. Also, make sure you are eating and drinking enough :o)

I think you have low blood sugar, but none of us are going to be able to diagnose you. You need to check with your doctor to be absolutely certain. Take care of yourself!

go see doctor number 1 answer

The same thing happens to me...you might have vertigo? See your doctor.
