Endometriosis pain?????????!

I also have endo... I have a routine that I live by: NO caffeine, dairy, sugar, carbs or aspirin. I also eat a steak and fiberous vegetables the first and second day. I drink 64 oz of water each day and 20 oz of drinks with electrolytes. All drinks are room temp and I will drink herbal tea through out the day. Staying active and adding an iron supplement has helped alot too. This has turned things around for me alot. I still get black-out worthy pains here and there, but I feel alot better than I use too :)

Also have endometriosis.

It depends on your age and position. I am 42 and had a hysterectomy last year for the same reason. It's the only cure. Although if you can get pregnant, that apparently helps too! In the meantime, you can take a maximum dose of paracetamol, ibuprofen, aspirin and codeine all at the same time. It's quite safe, they are different types of drug. When you get to the stage where this does nothing for you, it's time for surgery. Good luck
