I also have insomnia and I can't swallow pills. I take Melatonin which is a supplement of a naturally occurring hormone in your body that makes you tired. It is available in a lozenge form that you put under your tongue and it will dissolve. It's available at Whole Foods or PCC. Maybe you should try it. It helps me a lot(:
Oh, so you mean like the drugs people put in others drinks so they can rape them? NO. NO. NO. Don`t use that lol. Kay this is what I`m doing to help me what now (I think I have insomnia too) so last night I couldn`t manage to stay up all night but I only slept for a few hours. You have no idea how horrible you feel for not sleeping! Like literally, all day its like ``sleep. all I want is sleep. who cares about anything? I JUST WANT SLEEP!!``. Don`t go to bed until 7:00 PM tho or later coz then you may just wake up in the middle of the night. I`m hoping on the weekend it doesn`t get screwed up again for me.
