Question: I have backaches, lightheaded, drained, abdominal pains and vomiting?

I am a 16 yr old girl and this morning I had all these symptoms even throughout the day. I don't know what's causing this. Please help me!

Maybe you ate something that didn't go well with ur system .i think u go to the clinic and get that check out
