What the hell is wrong with my wrist?!

Question: What the hell is wrong with my wrist?
I broke my wrist around 2009/2008. The year is kind of blurry, lol. It was winter and I was walking back from the store. I suddenly slipped on Ice, and used my left wrist to protect my face by reflex. I broke my wrist, and had to walk all the way home and couldn't get to the hospital for about five hours cause my mom had somewhere important to go LOL.

So yeah, years passed and I got through the whole cast and struggles to open a can (I managed it, though XD)

But still. My wrist is very weak, and not as strong as it used to be. I can't go to therapy for it and never had because I come from a extremely poor family that even struggles to get a lot of groceries once a week. My wrist has some sort of a small dent or gap in the right, ever since. I am getting a stress ball, because I know my wrist needs some sort of therapy. Hopefully it's not too late.

Anyways, today just a few moments ago. My wrist felt like the bone went in, and I had to push it back in. It felt really weird, and it hurt a little too. It was really uncomfortable. I'm scared that my wrist is getting worst. It feels a lot more weaker now all of a sudden, and I'm too afraid to touch my wrist because I don't want the bone to pop in again.

Can anyone tell me what the problem with my wrist is? Serious and mature answers only, please :)

Answers:

You probably just popped your wrist out of your socket (which is a really rare case)

Sorry, but your wrist is going to permanently be scarred since you broke it. You might want to check in with a doctor if your wrist gets a little more severe.

Maybe you might need surgery! :O
and surgery seriously screwed my knee up :/

knowledge! :D
