Question: Fever not responding to antibiotics and ibuprofen?
I have bacterial pneumonia cased by strep throat, and have been on antibiotics for almost 3 days but not much improvement.. should i go back, fever is still steady at about 101.3
Answers:
Finish the course of antibiotics, then if no improvement go back to your doctor :)
Also if its a fever, drink as much water as possible, it helps.
Antibiotics tend not to work until pretty much the last day then hey presto!
