Any neck experts out there can tell me what might be wrong?!

Question: Any neck experts out there can tell me what might be wrong?
Past 2 years or so have been back and fourth from doctor's practice because of my headaches, sinus problems an neck ache.

Third visit and two boxes of prescribed pseudoephedrine later GP Told me i have Sinusitis like symptoms and went to see an ENT.

He examined me with an endoscope and told me that my sinuses are absolutely fine but to make sure he sent me for a CT scan of sinuses, results came back, sinuses are completely fine.

But recently i tried tilting my head all the way back as far as possible, i always hear a click, like clicking of vertebrae or something.

But after i here the click, if i hold me head in an upright position an stand up straight, all of my headache symptoms, sinus symptoms go away, and my sinuses open up and drain all the excess mucus that was otherwise trapped, and also some trapped air from my stomach is released.
But my neck always goes back to how it was.

Basically when i tilt my head back all the way and rotate it a bit, all my symptoms disappear, apart from the slight pain from my neck.

having relief to me, having suffered for two years of chronic chronic sinus headaches to the point where i would sometimes fall to my knee's with pain and almost black out. seriously the pain has been so bad it has caused a fully grown adult male to cry like a baby yes that's how bad the sinus headaches are. i wouldn't even wish them upon my worst enemy.

Many of you will reply to this saying ''go see your doc'' i did, iv been to see him like 10 times plus i have seen specialists, i have lost faith in my national health service. My doc knows i had a car crash, he knows i have neck pain. all he can do is throw different medications at me and hope it keeps me away for a while.

I have been prescribed

pseudoephedrine
Doxycyline (antibiotics)
Seritide steroid nasal spray, Two types of steroid sprays after the first one didn't work he gave me a stronger one, i was on these for about two months i realised they where doing nothing.
what is it why doesn't he just admit that there's something wrong that can't be fixed with antibiotics, anti inflammatories and anti biotics an steroids.

I have had a minor car crash that was about a year ago now but had no pain at the time 'my doc knows this'.
I also have Temporal Mandibular Joint Disorder if this contributes at all i dunno, im currently seeing my orthodontist for treatment seems to be working

When am in any type of vehicles, when the vehicle starts slowing down, it feels like my head is being ripped out and brings on sinus headaches.

Answers:

it sounds like your vertebrae aren't lined up as they should be. i really think you need a chiropractor.

First you go to a GP, then an ENT, and you expect to find an answer here on YA. What makes you think you're going to find the answer here after a five minute essay?
I take it you live in Canada, save up your money and come down here for a diagnosis if you're that interested.
