Will the purple underneath my eyes (from sleep deprivation) EVER GO?!

Question: Will the purple underneath my eyes (from sleep deprivation) EVER GO?
I have on and off insomnia, so im often sleep deprived which leads to the purple under your eyes.

The purple has been here for 2/3 years, and im not sleep deprived anymore so i dont understand why its not going?

Is it EVER going to go?

Answers:

You might have a blood problem, and its probably blood clots under your eyes. In my opinion I would go see a doctor. It could also be caused by stress. You might want to try relaxing. If the areas painful then definatley go see a doctor. If not then try rubbing that area or putting a warm cloth (warmed in water) in that area. Dont make the cloth too hot or u'll burn yourself.

I hope their not too bad

Some infro from a site:
Suffer from purple circles under your eyes and puffy eye areas? Poor blood circulation may be the culprit here, and it’s an important thing to realize and learn how to reverse to better your health and help to increase your appearance by getting rid of those purplish under eye circles.

Poor circulation in less serious situations can be contributed by stress, lack of good restful sleep, or in the more upsetting scenario; genetics and family heredity…

The skin in the area around the eyes is quite thin, and the purplish circles we love to hate are the results of tiny blood vessels pooling and dying in this area due to poor circulation health. The skin here is stretched over bony structural foundation of the eye sockets, and the pooling of the blood vessels due to poor circulation, and the skin stretch and lack of fatty layers in this area, makes them appear more thoroughly, giving off the purple in appearance effect shadows and half circles.

P.S. check out the site, its in sources.
