Really Tired,Moody,And tense For A month?!

Question: Really Tired,Moody,And tense For A month?
For about a month now I been feeling really exhausted/fatigue even though I sleep 8-9 hours a night.I am always in a bad mood because of the way I feel.I also catch myself tensing my scalp muscles right above my ears and I get alot of tension/pressure headaches and sinus pressure/pain.I am only 21 and NOT PREGNANT!! I went to the doc and he did a Complete Blood Count,Thyroid Test,Checked Me For Lupus,Arthritis,Lyme,Diabetes,Anemia Ect. I started taking B12,Multi Vitamin and Fish Oil which DO NOT HELP!! I had a EKG and had my blood pressure checked.I also had a Sinus and Brain CT which came out fine.I been going to the chiropractor and takin Motrin but nothing helps. Before all this started I was under a little stress but not any more and I feel the same.

P.S "SO PLEASE DONT TELL ME TO GO TO THE DOC CAUSE I BEEN THERE DONE THAT"

Continue to be proactive about your health 'til you find relief. There are so many things out there in our environment that could be causing your problem. You could be allergic to something. Are you eating the basic simple good foods? Lots of pure water,no non-processed food, no MSG, no fake foodlelss sugars like aspartame, nutrasweet, no pork. No white stuff, (sugar, rice, flour) I read a few good books on nutrition by adelle davis and d.c. jarvis, got some great information from them. I am certainly no doctor or authority but I do know the saying "we can eat ourselves into bad health and out of bad health" is very true. I pray the answer to your problem will be revealed to you and you will have miraculous health and healing.
