i have laid her on the floor under the fan but it is not helping i think its making it worse she has started breathing harder and faster please help

first make her stand up or sit down so the air dont close on her. second dont make her lay down it wil make it worse. third get her water to drink and then give her a inhaler if she has one. tell her parent what is happening and then call 911.
