every time i eat i get a stomach ache. what's wrong?!

Question: Every time i eat i get a stomach ache. what's wrong?
every time i eat, no matter what type of food it is, spicy, bland, fruit, pasta, sweets, or bread, ect. , i get a stomach ache in the middle of my upper abdomin and lower abdomin ( intestine area). the pain varries from moderate to intense, intese meaning i can't move and it feels like parts of my body get kind of cold) it usually starts a half hour after i eat, and ends around 5-6 hours later, the pain gets less intense after an hour though. the pain comes and goes. it started like 3 days ago. i think i may be constipated so i started taking these fiber pills. i don't want to take laxatives because it said on the box don't take if you have abdominal pain. i did poop a little today. it all somes out in medium- small size chunks (gross, i know). i've also been passing a lot of gas too. what's wrong.

Answers:

Yeah, sounds like pretty bad constipation. I'd definitely start off by drinking a few glasses of water to hydrate yourself. If you've been taking fiber pills without drinking enough water it will constipate you. Sometimes drinking a large glass of quality water every ten minutes for half an hour will offer quick relief.

Other helpful tips:

Eat plenty of foods high in pectin, such as apples, carrots, beets, citrus fruits, dried peas, and okra.
Avoid diary products, soft drinks, meat, white flour, highly processed foods, salt, coffee, alcohol, or sugar.
Prunes and figs are natural laxatives.
Physical activity speeds the movement of waste through the intestines. A 20 minute walk can relieve constipation.
If you use laxatives, take acidophilus (or probiotic supplement) to replace the "friendly" bacteria. The continued use of laxatives cleans out the intestinal bacteria and leads to chronic constipation.

Enemas and colon hydrotherapy (colonic) are also beneficial on a periodic basis for cleansing or constipation. Although, not everyone has the courage to follow through with these last two :)

You aren't taking enough drugs for your stomch- don't you know about being NPS medicine wise?
Once you take enough drugs you will be fine, as you won't feel anything anymore, not even your stomach as the drugs will knock you out senseless. This is a very normal side effect, very healthy.

Seriously, go and see an experienced Naturopath, a Naturopathic Doctor if possble. NO, not a Medical Doctor.

You may be constipated and you have a blockage, it may be acid reflex and you happen to be constipated at the same time, or you have stomach ulsers. No matter what, I think it would be a good idea to take a trip to a doctor, there are plenty of cheap/ free walk in clinics you can go to. I suggest you get this problem checked out. I'm sure that you are constipated, but there are probably other problems as well as they don't usually come by themselves. Try eating liquids like soups that aren't high in fat, or salt and drinking a lot of water, try also to get a lot of fiber. Pick up some chamomile tea, and some coconut milk, these will help with the blockages as they are natural laxatives that are also easy on the stomach. Try to stay away from acidic or spicy foods as well until you see a doctor.
