I have been dealing with off and on migraines for 9 days need help?!

Question: I have been dealing with off and on migraines for 9 days need help?
So a week ago last Monday i got the worst headache i have ever felt. It was so bad i had to put a ice pack on my eyes and neck to help with the pain. the next day they would go away when i took a nap but come back a hour or so after i woke up. I talked to my doctor about it and said it was migraines and told me to take some pain kills at the first sign of one coming on. The eredrain migraine works for the most part then i started to get pins and needle in my legs and arms and i got 1 bloody noise. my doc sent me for a ct scan but it came back clear.... My Right ear has been killing for the last day and it is very tender at the glands below my ear. when i asked the receptionist what to do next she said she had no clue and would have someone call me back. I know something is wrong or off but i am scared people think i'm a hypochondriac because everything is coming back clear. any suggestions

If you can accept a different perspective on how things work, look for someone who can do energy healing. Reiki is one example.

Treating a migraine this way must be done in stages/steps, each of them being one minute long, and they have to be done a minimum of five minutes apart. Three steps are usually required, so the total time is about ten to fifteen minutes.

Each step brings a reduction in the pain.

Steps are essential with this type of headache ( the more common stress-related headaches usually take only one step and can be done in less than a minute) If a treatment step exceeds one minute in duration it can cause dizziness and/or nausea, so it is best to allow a five minute break for the body to normalize, and then continue.

It is done with hands, but, while it varies with each person, physical contact is often not necessary. .
