Question: Fell and hit my head?

I fell off my skateboard while I was skating in my hallway without a helmet. I ALWAYS WHERE A HELMET but I figured since I was inside I'd be fine. I was wrong. I went down backwards because my foot slipped off the back of the board and my head hit the hardwood floor. I'm feeling fine except i feel like I have a sinus headache. I'm afraid that I may have done damage to my brain, but I feel alright right now. Am I going to be ok? Is it just a bump on the head and I'll be fine later? PLEASE help I'm very scared. :'(

well u prob dont have a concussion i take that back u may have a small concussion but prob noting to worry take som tylonol and good luck

just had a severe concussion and was hospitlized for it
