Left side headache pain for 2 day?!

Question: Left side headache pain for 2 day?

I am 16 female., have a really bad headache on left side of head it affects my eyes(can't look at bright lights) I also have jaw and neck Pain. If I stand up a get a shooting pain...... What can I do to get it to go away??? What could it be??
