How do you get rid of mouth ulcers?!

Question: How do you get rid of mouth ulcers?
I have two mouth ulcers. One on the left of my mouth and one on the right of my mouth. D:
They've been around for close to a week now but they're still not going away. Whenever I open my mouth it hurts. Especially when I eat. It's sometimes too painful so I just eat a little.
I haven't been eating much since I got the ulcers 'cause it hurts too much. My mum says it's because I don't get enough sleep but I'm not sure. I've tried drinking more water and brushing my teeth more. But it's sometimes painful to brush my teeth too.
Hope you can give me some suggestions or advice so it'll cure faster. Thanks~ ^^

Ugh. I get those all the time, they're horrible. I feel your pain.

It may be because you're not getting enough sleep, actually. Stress can cause them to appear. But so can other things and it's not necessarily because of your sleeping habits.
I think the reason I started getting them was because I wasn't getting enough fruits/vegetables. Once I started eating more of them, the sores went away.
Try eating more of them, and don't use mouth wash with alcohol unless it's diluted. It might kill germs more if it isn't diluted but it can also irritate it, especially if it's a really strong brand like Listerine.

Try using sea salt. You can either put it directly onto the sore (it would be more painful) or mix it with some hot water and rinse your mouth with it. It tastes horrible but sea salt helps things heal faster, I was told to use sea salt for my lip piercing when it was infected and it worked really fast.
You can also use hydrogen peroxide. But I don't like the taste of it normally. Oragel makes a mouth wash made out of hydrogen peroxide but it has a minty flavor to it, and it helps too.

Synalar Cream really works. out it on the ulcer when you sleep and in the morning it will be gone. if you cant get hold of it then put salt on it 9it will burn) try and keep it as long as you can then wash away. it works on small ones
