What is this pain from?
for the last 2 months i've been getting a pain in my lower front leg i think that would be the shin area it's an aching pain i haven't went to the dr on it yet cause it sounds so silly but it rally hurts what could it be?

Find a reputable massage therapist who does Sports therapy or neuromuscular work.
These can be handled within 1 to 3 sessions.
The fascia just needs to be released.
