Help! I have jet lag!?
Okay. I live Texas USA, and I am totally worried. I just arrived back home from Australia and am not too happy. I have jet lag. I typically sleep at 10:30, but now I am staying awake from 11pm to 6am with zero sleep in between, then at 7am, which is when I normally get up, I fall asleep and don't wake up till like 3pm. Totally wrong with this picture. What can I do to help my jet lag, please only put truthful and working ideas here. Thanks a bunch!

This is the only thing that works for me
when I go some where and some times you travel though the night
I am tired and I want to go to bed
I do not
I stay up until bed time and then go to sleep
if I have to I will take a nap but for no longer than one hour
just stay up all day. if you have to drink tea or coffee to stay up and when it comes times for bed
have one or two drinks (alcohol) one hour before you want to sleep
or you really do not want alcohol
you can drink
a hot lemon
2 table spoons of fresh lemon juice
2 table spoons of honey or maple syrup
to one large mug (2 cup/ cup) of boiling water
or there is sleepy time tea
chamomile tea
