Why can't I ever sleep? This is crasy! I was up until 4 this morning...?

when my husband had to be at work, and here it is at 7am, I'm still up! The night before, same thing, but yesterday I nodded off for like 3 hours during the later morning hours. This has been going on for months now! I'm not tired, never hungry, just thirsty, and major headaches! Unison did nothing, neither did Lunesta from the doctors office. The only thing that's good is I have one clean house! Anyone else experience this, even after prescribed sleeping aids?

Baba Yaga, I'm 33. My Mom is type #2 diabetic, runs on both sides of my family though. My sister stopped her menstral cycle when she was 26, I still have mine but it's never normal. My Mom went through menopause when she was in her early 40's.

I agree with Xaronne 100%, a warm shower, and a warm cup of milk or camamile tea, does it for me when I'm not able to sleep, or when I know I must get some sleep because I have just a few hours. Also, I think you need to drink more WATER in the day. If you wait until you're thirsty, that means your dehidrated already. Make it a habit to have a small bottle or glass of water with you throughout the day. I think this may be part of your headache problem. I hope this was helpful for ya!!! ;<)
