Tailbone Pain for 10 months?!

Question:

Tailbone Pain for 10 months?

It's excruciating when I sit and feels like somebody's stabbing me with a screwdriver in my tailbone when I stand up from sitting. I've been to the doctor and had x-rays taken, they say nothing's wrong with it but I can't take this pain anymore. It has not gone away for even one day out of 10 months. I'm wondering if I should get an MRI. Anyone with a problem like this that can help me figure this out?

Answers:

Sounds like your pelvis may be out of alignment. I would suggest that you go see a manual physical therapist to assess your pelvis and get some treatment.
