Leg Muscles Hurt After Playing DDR (Dance Dance Revolution)?

So my leg muscles hurt, my calves, thighs, ankles, everything after playing DDR for 3 hours. Please help! It hurts when I walk on them and when I don't move them at all! How do I make the pain go away? Also, should I stop playing for a day or two?

GOOD... that shows that you got a good workout on some muscles that obviously needed it. You've found something you like, you just have to power through the pain. It will get better if you work out every day like this. DDR is a great game for workouts... it really does get you going. This may sound stupid, but your should stretch out before and after playing.
Don't stop or you will go through this every time. Do it every day until your muscles get stronger. You're just out of shape. Don't play for 3 hours... 20-30 minutes is a good workout.
